- A brasserie based on simplicity serving fresh, seasonal and local products, in short, the essentials. - 
"We tend to forget nowadays that the pleasure of eating is essential for a balanced life. Eating has become complicated. We are afraid of getting fat, we are afraid of poisoning ourselves and we are plagued by guilt every time we think we have gone overboard."

Today, "eating well" means eating healthy. But "eating well" actually means much more than that, and that is what is highlighted in this project, both in the design of the restaurant and in the proposed food concept.
A concept for a brasserie based on the essential.

Essential: Adjective that describes what is necessary for something to exist.
First of all, where does the term brasserie come from?

Originally, the term "brasserie" was used to describe a popular drinking establishment, especially for beer, where you could also eat hot or cold dishes. In these places, conviviality, sharing and collective spirit rhyme.
.BREF is a welcoming and friendly brasserie designed around a refined architecture where simplicity is synonymous with authenticity. A brasserie offering fresh, local and seasonal products, showing the customer the importance of a frugal and diversified diet.
A brasserie with plates focused on untransformed products, identifiable products, reasoned, sustainable, raw and above all, without excess. This plate, which seems simple, contains the essentials of a healthy diet that respects our bodies.

Through their simplicity, these dishes provide as much or more satiety than an over-stuffed plate.

Nutri.Bref
- Meal tracking service during the week -

Nutri.Bref is an application that allows users to follow their diet on a weekly basis in a fun way. By presenting their dishes and sharing photographic content with their community, users become aware of what is on their plate. These actions allow them to take an active role in their diet.

Thanks to a variety of recipes, proposed according to the user's preferences, the user finds himself with a multitude of healthy and tasty possibilities allowing him to diversify his diet and discover frugal food.
It is in the heart of the brasserie .BREF that the beginnings of this essential food are suggested to the user.
